About

Hi, I’m Sean!

I am a college graduate holding my bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Business from ASU. With a combined tenure of approximately 10 years working as a people leader and an individual contributor, I have always sought to assist others in their growth and development.

I’ve developed this blog to help broaden not only my own leadership capabilities and knowledge but that of others. I aim to share what I learn on my journey to work towards a more dynamic and educated leadership landscape.

Welcome to Leader’s Manual, a dedicated platform for researching and sharing leadership best practices. This blog serves as a resource featuring insightful posts and valuable resources to support both emerging and experienced leaders in their professional journeys. Whether you are an aspiring leader, a seasoned professional, or an individual contributor looking to enhance your leadership capabilities, this blog offers practical guidance and research-backed insights.

A commonly shared sentiment among workers is that leadership is crucial to both employee and organizational success. Leaders are often seen as the glue that holds businesses and individuals together, and in a world so heavily influenced by business, it’s not a far reach to think that leadership plays a major role in society. According to a 2018 study by West Monroe, as many as 59% of people leaders report to not receiving any kind of formal training or education on leadership. With this blog, I aim to help build the knowledge and confidence of current and aspiring leaders by fostering a community of informed and empowered individuals.

Let’s lead together!
